Qualifications
- Lead development of enterprise-wide supply chain standards and BBPs.
- Head multi-plant supply chain and Materials teams to meet objectives.
- Define long-term strategies aligned with operating plans and 5-year plans.
- Coach and mentor Materials and Logistics personnel to build capability.
- Oversee logistics planning, packaging, and cross-functional launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop inventory strategies to improve DOH and accuracy.
- Lead physical inventory, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
- Standardize warehouse operations and material handling.
- Drive cost transparency and supplier performance dashboards.
- Support supplier sourcing, risk assessment, and supplier development.
- Drive KPI-based performance reviews for logistics.
