Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Excellence to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will develop standardized processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and implement strategic solutions to improve delivery, inventory, cost, quality, and operational efficiency.

You will partner with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align supply chain strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, materials management, supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
Automotive industry supply chain experience; multi-plant leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-plant supply chain and materials teams to achieve objectives.
Develop enterprise-wide supply chain standards, systems, procedures, and BBPs.
Drive Lean logistics principles and structured improvement methods across the organization.
Oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
Lead supplier performance management with KPI dashboards and corrective actions.
Develop and deploy digitalization and automation initiatives across supply chain operations.
