Job summary

Yanfeng is a leading global automotive supplier seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Excellence to drive end-to-end performance across multiple facilities. You will develop standardized processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and implement strategic solutions to improve delivery, inventory, cost, quality, and efficiency.

The role partners with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategy with business goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; years of experience acceptable in lieu of degree for some roles.
Minimum 10 years in manufacturing, materials, supply chain, logistics or planning.
Experience leading multi-plant supply chains and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-plant Supply Chain and Materials teams to meet objectives.
Develop enterprise-wide supply chain standards, BBPs, and governance.
Drive digitalization, analytics, and automation across SCM.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and capacity planning; monitor KPIs.
Coach and mentor personnel; align supply chain with business goals.
