Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business or engineering.
• 5–9+ years of experience in finance management and/or sales.
• 3–5+ years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or technical sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and commercial proposals and negotiate with customers.
• Maintain intimate understanding of customer requirements and create value for Yanfeng.
• Deliver customer information, solve problems, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage commercial savings planning and negotiate terms including LTA and resin.
• Secure POs, manage customer portals, and handle engineering change negotiations.
