Job summary

Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC in Novi, MI is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Excellence to drive end-to-end performance across multiple plants. You will standardize processes, lead continuous improvement, and implement strategic solutions to improve delivery, inventory, cost, quality, and efficiency.

You will partner with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure supply chain strategy aligns with business goals and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, materials management, supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
Automotive industry supply chain experience and multi-plant leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-plant Supply Chain and Materials teams to achieve objectives.
Develop enterprise-wide supply chain standards and BBPs.
Drive Lean logistics and continuous improvement initiatives across facilities.
Oversee planning, inventory, warehousing, and transportation to optimize working capital.
Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, Engineering and Commercial to align strategy.
