Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline completed and verified prior to start.
• Three (3) years of combined experience in manufacturing, product or process development in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Experience with NPIs, process development and cost improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of customer needs and industry trends to translate into specifications and test methods.
• Support successful NPI scale-up and launch of new products with capacity, capability and cost.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma and Value stream tools to drive improvements.
• Perform capability assessments and cost estimates for new opportunities.
• Drive process development and recommend equipment modifications for cost improvements and new product introductions.
