Job summary

3M is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its Maplewood, MN team. You will plan finished goods across multiple value streams and coordinate supply through 3M plants and subcontractors, ensuring continuity for customers.

You will work cross-functionally with Global Supply Chain Operations and the Commercial Branding & Transportation teams to optimize service, inventory, and costs, and you will lead improvement projects to meet divisional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Three (3) years of supply chain planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan Finished Goods through multiple value streams. Coordinate supply through 3M plants and subcontractors.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions to ensure supply continuity to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Supply Chain Operations and Commercial Branding & Transportation to optimize service, inventory, and costs.
• Lead improvement projects in support of Commercial Branding & Transportation Division Planning objectives.
• Drive results measured by Inventory, Service, and Cost KPIs.
