Job summary

3M is seeking an ISD Business Supply Chain Manager in Maplewood, MN, on-site four days a week at the 3M Center. You’ll translate business objectives into end-to-end supply chain plans and lead improvements across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver.

You will partner with division and enterprise teams to manage product lifecycle, NPI launches, and portfolio excellence, requiring strong communication and financial acumen, with 7 years in manufacturing or supply chain and 3 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified before start.
• Seven years of combined experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role.
• Three years of experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into Enterprise Supply Chain requirements and develop end-to-end operational plans.
• Identify and lead division-specific improvement projects across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver.
• Drive service, quality, cost, cash, and reliability across Supply Chain functions.
• Partner to manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence; support New Product Introductions.
