• Leads supply chain managers by setting goals aligned to operating plans and coaching.
• Develops culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensures resources are optimized with adequate inventory to support the organization.
• Directs teams, removes obstacles, and implements cost-efficient processes.
• Prepares and presents annual plans for assigned product lines and budgets.
