Holley Performance Brands is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead global procurement operations and inventory planning strategy, ensuring product availability and optimal total cost. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in purchasing/procurement, inventory planning, or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years leading purchasing and planning teams.
• Proven cost savings from supplier negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise purchasing across domestic and international suppliers.
• Develop sourcing strategies optimizing total landed cost, quality, lead time, and risk.
• Negotiate supplier terms, pricing, and long-term contracts.
• Develop supplier partnerships and scorecards.
• Partner with Engineering on supplier selection and new product launches.
• Lead inventory planning across distribution centers and manufacturing locations.
• Develop stocking policies, safety stock methodologies, and replenishment parameters.
• Monitor inventory health and obsolescence.
• Ensure material availability aligns with sales demand and production schedules.
• Improve forecast consumption and replenishment accuracy.
• Lead supplier reviews and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier delivery, quality, capacity, and responsiveness.
• Develop dual-source and continuity strategies.
• Align purchasing with demand forecasts in S&OP.
• Support seasonal demand, promotions, and new product launches.
