Job summary

CIS Secure Computing seeks a Director of Supply Chain to own procurement, inventory, warehouse, and shipping. You will lead a 15–20 person team and partner with Production Control, Material Planning, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Facilities.

This role reports to the Vice President of Operations and requires strong leadership, change management, and collaboration to drive Lean improvements and audit compliance in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline; procurement or supply chain focus preferred.
• 10+ years related experience in electronics assembly, inventory, and procurement.
• APICS certification and Lean/Six Sigma training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for the department to achieve corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, FCPA, and import/export regulations.
• Support procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery.
• Develop methods for year-over-year cost improvements on parts.
• Foster supplier relationships and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Lead inventory accuracy efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and international requirements.
