Sterling Engineering is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of global customers in a complex, technology-driven manufacturing environment. You will align priorities with operations and drive performance across global sites.

You’ll partner with senior executives, translate business priorities into supply chain strategies, support new product launches, and deliver operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Competenze

• 12+ years of supply chain management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or contract manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.

Mansioni

• Lead global supply chain strategy and performance for a portfolio of customers.
• Partner with senior customer stakeholders to optimize total cost of ownership, inventory, continuity, and delivery performance.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives as a strategic supply chain partner.
• Lead supply chain input into bids, proposals, reviews, and BOM analysis.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and commodity management on sourcing and cost optimization.
• Coordinate global manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to support customer requirements.
• Provide leadership throughout new product introduction, ramp-up, and operations.
