HD Supply is seeking a seasoned leader to own the strategy and execution of facilities functions and the planning of supply chain development. You will partner with transportation and logistics teams to develop and implement cross-functional strategies across the supply chain network.

The role requires strong experience in labor planning, forecasting, and data analytics, with the ability to translate models into executive-level insights and actions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline; 7+ years in supply chain or similar field.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience.
• Certification may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and utilizes tools to enable effective development and direction of the supply chain process.
• Builds communication and processes with transportation and logistics teams.
• Evaluates suppliers on best value to improve field productivity and price.
• Drives cost models to validate commodity strategies and identify cost drivers.
• Translates complex system models (Llamasoft, Tableau) into executive analyses.
• Ensures timely delivery and adherence to contracts and service levels.
