Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to oversee end-to-end procurement and logistics across the US. You will lead a growing team, manage sourcing strategies, and drive cost improvements in a fast-paced modular construction environment.

You will leverage SAP Public Cloud, build supplier partnerships, and align supply chain plans with finance and operations. A strong leadership track record and strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in procurement or supply chain with at least 5 in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field; MBA preferred.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a growing supply chain team with clear goals and reviews.
• Direct material planning, procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and contracts.
• Establish high-level supplier relationships and ensure on-time, cost-effective procurement.
• Standardize procurement processes leveraging SAP Public Cloud and improve performance.
• Forecast challenges using market trends and align strategies with company objectives.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, manufacturing to align procurement with goals.
