Job summary

Groupe SEB’s Professional North America arm is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. The role oversees demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure reliable product availability and customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the supply chain and logistics strategy.
• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Oversee cross-border flows, customs, tariffs, and trade compliance.
• Lead S&OP with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Production to align demand and supply.
• Set inventory policies and manage safety stocks, backorders, and obsolescence.
• Develop supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Establish dashboards and reviews for on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and logistics costs.
• Drive ERP/WMS/TMS modernization to increase visibility and cost efficiency.
