Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in internal communications or corporate communications within a global industrial organization.
• Proven experience advising C-suite leaders and exposure to global supply chain functions.
• Experience leading global supply chain transformation communications.
• Strong ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across diverse groups.
• Experience communicating with both office-based and deskless/factory employees in a manufacturing setting.
• Exceptional writing, editing, content development, and storytelling skills.
• Data-driven, with experience using digital tools to improve engagement.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer and senior leadership on communication strategies aligned to business objectives and transformation.
• Lead the integrated communications strategy for Global Supply Chain, driving organizational transformation and engagement.
• Build and lead a high-performing communications team delivering clear, consistent messaging.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen alignment and support change initiatives.
• Measure and refine communication effectiveness through analytics and feedback.
• Develop thought leadership content for social media and conferences to elevate the company’s voice.
