You will distill complexity for senior leaders, shape internal narratives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging. The role requires a track record in corporate communications, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate communications, preferably within retail or supply chain sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful strategic communications plans.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic communications plan aligned with Gap Inc.'s product development, supply chain, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key messages and communication priorities.
• Lead communications support for high impact product development and supply chain transformation programs.
• Lead internal and external communications programming and events, including Town Halls, innovation summits, and external supplier summits.
