Ladders is seeking a Procurement Category Manager - Structural Components to lead category strategy and sourcing for structural components and construction equipment on large energy projects. This remote, US-based role partners with engineering and construction teams to align technical requirements with sourcing plans and strengthen supply continuity.

You will negotiate terms, monitor market trends, onboard suppliers, and drive total cost of ownership improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Eng, Construction Management, Finance, or related.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Experience sourcing structural commodities and construction materials.
• Proven track record in leading complex commercial negotiations.
• Experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Category Manager - Structural Components to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will own category strategy and sourcing execution for structural components and construction equipment supporting large-scale energy projects. The position will partner closely with engineering, construction, and other cross-functional teams to align technical requirements with sourcing plans, strengthen supply continuity, and improve commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep procurement expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to translate market intelligence into resilient supply chain decisions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $104,554 – $130,692 annually
