Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer to support purchasing, material planning, and logistics for uninterrupted production. You will execute POs, manage suppliers, ensure material availability, and maintain ERP accuracy while coordinating shipments.

The role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Warehouse, and global teams, with flexibility to work across time zones and address supply risks promptly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with purchase orders, suppliers, and delivery commitments.
• Experience with freight forwarders/logistics providers preferred.
• MS Excel proficiency and ERP experience including Oracle.
• English communication skills; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers.
• Monitor supplier commitments, delivery dates, and on-time performance in the ERP system.
• Maintain purchasing master data including supplier information, lead times, and pricing.
• Coordinate transportation of purchased materials with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Track shipments, address delays, and verify freight invoices.
• Escalate supply or logistics risks and support process improvements.
