Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with LTL and truckload shipping, BOLs, PODs and delivery appointments.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Aufgaben

• Own shipment execution for assigned customer accounts (Target, Kroger, Five Below) and/or fulfillment partners.
• Forward and manage purchase orders in SPS Commerce.
• Monitor shipment status and keep internal and partner tracking sheets current.
• Identify shipments at risk of missing delivery deadlines and escalate as needed.
• Answer routine customer shipment inquiries using current tracking information.
• Schedule and confirm pick-ups with collect customers.
