Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Project Manager - Supply Chain to lead strategic initiatives across North, Central, and South America. You will oversee major projects, drive process improvements, and align sourcing strategies with project requirements.

The role requires 5–8 years in supply chain or related fields, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with multiple teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, project management, or related functions.
• Experience supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and procurement processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain representative for assigned major projects and support lifecycle activities.
• Lead competitive bidding, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contracting for project materials/services.
• Coordinate with regional/global leaders to leverage suppliers and agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with project requirements and manage risks.
• Prepare sourcing recommendations and ensure compliance with policies and terms.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management related to sourced services and materials.
