Job summary

Cordialsa USA is seeking a Temporary Logistics and Customer Service Analyst in The Woodlands, TX. This role coordinates daily logistics with the 3PL provider and supports order management, inventory control, and AR claims management to ensure timely product deliveries.

You will work with Sales, Finance, Operations, Imports, and Supply Chain teams to improve efficiency and service levels, monitoring KPIs like OTIF, fill rates, and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Postgraduate specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics is desirable.
• Minimum 2–4 years in logistics, distribution, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and monitor deliveries to ensure OTIF.
• Monitor inventory availability and fill rates to minimize stockouts.
• Communicate with Sales to coordinate requirements and resolve issues.
• Manage daily logistics operations between Cordialsa USA and the 3PL provider.
• Oversee transportation capacity and monitor dispatch performance.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels at the 3PL facility.
• Prepare logistics performance reports and monitor KPIs such as OTIF and turnover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes.
