McKinsey & Company is seeking a Manager for the Third-Party Risk Strategy pillar of Optimize's Third Party Risk & Social Responsibility team. Based in one of our U.S.

offices, you will govern the firm's global third-party risk management program and partner with Ethics, Finance, Legal and Cyber teams to deliver end-to-end supplier risk improvements. Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in risk management or compliance, ideally in a large multinational organization.
• Experience in developing internal controls, processes and principles related to third party risk management
• Excellent judgment and integrity, as well as interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Strong project management skills, with ability to drive to outcomes on cross-functional and complex projects
• Curious mindset and demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and ideas, and to apply those concepts across multiple content areas
• Strong professional computing skills, including Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to use and develop AI capabilities
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a work-setting, knowing how to address and manage unpredictable outcomes
• Superior communication & interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to a global audience on a regular basis, build and maintain highly effective and collaborative relationships

Responsibilities

• Support the design and evolution of the supplier risk lifecycle, from onboarding due diligence to offboarding governance.
• Ensure onboarding processes are efficient, auditable, and aligned with risk appetite and user experience.
• Co-create strategy and manage risk-based processes for end-to-end supplier onboarding and third-party risk programs.
• Define and monitor metrics such as service levels, onboarding cycle times, and remediation effectiveness.
