Zusammenfassung

McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve the Third-Party Risk Strategy within Optimize’s Third Party Risk & Social Responsibility team. You will shape end-to-end TPRM, aligning governance, policies, and controls across global vendor ecosystems, while partnering with Ethics, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to drive scalable risk management.

You will lead multi-office initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and advance digital enablement and analytics to reduce risk

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in third-party risk management, compliance, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in third-party risk management frameworks and lifecycle design.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise risk programs.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory expectations and industry frameworks.
• Experience with TPRM/GRC platforms and digital enablement.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent judgment and integrity with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives.
• Curious mindset and ability to learn new concepts.
• Strong computing skills including Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a work setting.

• Lead strategy and program oversight across multiple third-party risk verticals.
• Own the design and evolution of the firm's third-party risk lifecycle.
• Ensure framework is applied across segments with tailored approaches.
