McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior professional to drive third-party risk strategy and program oversight across a global network of suppliers and client-facing collaborators.

In this role, you will shape the end-to-end TPRM framework, including risk identification, onboarding due diligence, risk tiering, monitoring, issue management, and offboarding governance, reporting to the Director of Third Party Risk Strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in third-party risk management, compliance, or related field in a global org.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise risk programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and industry frameworks.

Responsibilities

• You lead strategy and program oversight across multiple third-party risk verticals.
• You own design and evolution of the firm's TPRM lifecycle from risk identification to offboarding.
• You ensure the framework is applied across segments with tailored approaches for different risk profiles.
• You optimize onboarding, due diligence, risk tiering and ongoing monitoring processes.
• You define and monitor key metrics such as SLAs, risk coverage, and remediation effectiveness.
• You collaborate with governance to translate policies into scalable processes and controls.
• You own evolution of TPRM tooling, data sources, and reporting infrastructure.
• You lead global initiatives to enhance capabilities, processes, and change management.
• You support training and foster a risk-aware culture across the firm.
