Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supplier Relations & Performance Management to own the supplier base globally from our US offices. You will lead complex negotiations, standardize contracts, and drive cost savings while partnering with Operations, Legal, Finance and Quality.

Remote or hybrid candidates will be considered; travel up to 30% (including international). This role reports to the Director, Global Supply Chain and is based in Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ (onsite

Qualifications

10+ years in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain.
5+ years leading teams and managers.
Experience managing international suppliers across regions.
Strong track record negotiating high-value supplier agreements with measurable savings.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or CPSM/CSCP/CPIM or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, high-value negotiations: pricing, service levels, capacity, and terms.
Run competitive sourcing events with clear evaluation criteria.
Deliver measurable year-over-year savings and cost-avoidance.
Own the global supplier base across direct and indirect categories.
Publish supplier performance dashboards for leadership.
Own supplier onboarding, qualification and continuity plans.
