Job summary

Ladders seeks a Director, Supplier Relations + Performance Management to lead supplier negotiation strategy and performance oversight in a fast-growing consumer technology environment. This remote role partners with Legal and cross-functional teams to strengthen sourcing processes and drive measurable business outcomes.

The position owns supplier segmentation and performance management practices that support capacity planning, cost discipline, and operational efficiency, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience designing or rebuilding a supplier performance management program.
• Skilled in negotiating complex, high-value supplier agreements with achieved savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value supplier negotiations across pricing and service levels.
• Manage competitive sourcing events with documented evaluations.
• Partner with Legal to standardize contracts and shorten signature cycles.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and validated financial outcomes.
• Define and manage a global supplier segmentation model.
• Drive execution of sourcing strategies aligned with capacity plans.
• Oversee supplier performance management through scorecards and KPIs.
