Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning to build the material demand planning for its global network. You will translate production signals into material and tooling requirements, own the S&OP process, and model capacity and ramp-ups to support growth.

You will lead two managers and a cross‑functional team, partnering with Operations, Product, and Finance, reporting to the Director, Global Supply Chain. Onsite in Santa Ana, CA with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in materials/demand/supply planning, with 3+ years leading teams
• Experience owning a raw material or component demand plan with forecast accuracy accountability
• Strong knowledge of MRP, BOMs, and time-phased material requirements planning
• Hands-on S&OP ownership including feasibility and constraint analysis
• KPI framework ownership and executive-level communication

Responsibilities

• Own demand plan for raw materials, components, and consumables globally
• Translate signals into time-phased material requirements by part/site/horizon
• Own monthly S&OP cycle and provide feasibility and recommendations
• Model ramp-ups and new product introductions for capacity and tooling
• Identify and quantify supply constraints early with actionable options
• Own tooling capacity planning and investment pipeline
• Model supplier capacity and volume ceilings impacting the business
• Build business cases for tooling and material capacity investment
• Own inventory strategy and governance across sites
• Own master data integrity for planning systems
• Own supply chain KPI set and risk reporting
• Lead and develop planning and analytics managers
• Serve as partner to Operations, Finance, and leadership
