Guest Supply is seeking a Director of Global Strategic Sourcing to lead vendor governance, supplier performance, and cost optimization across the enterprise. You will define standards, coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.

You will build supplier scorecards, manage end-to-end sourcing, and lead transformational analytics to improve total cost of ownership, resilience, and customer service across global operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12–15+ years of leadership experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead global sourcing, supplier management and compliance programs.
• Professional certifications (e.g., APICS/ASCM CSCP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the enterprise vendor compliance program, governance, and performance expectations.
• Define supplier and carrier requirements and establish scorecards.
• Oversee end-to-end global sourcing initiatives, category strategies and negotiations.
• Design and run an enterprise supplier performance management framework.
• Establish carrier performance management and cost recovery processes.
• Lead corrective action, risk management, and supplier accountability initiatives.
• Drive digital procurement analytics and transformation across the organization.
• Develop leadership and organizational development within the procurement function.
