Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced product/program leader to drive supplier management and strategic sourcing across global markets. You will partner with product, quality, sustainability and tech teams to design scalable supply chain solutions and accelerate our Private Label business.

The role emphasizes deep analytical thinking, stakeholder influence, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on improving supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key suppliers and supply chain partners.
• Build a KPI-based strategic supplier management framework to strengthen collaboration with partners that meet high quality standards.
• Drive alternative sourcing approaches such as reverse sourcing to leverage existing supplier base.
• Understand global supply chains and profit drivers for multiple product categories.
• Partner with Product Managers, Product Development, Quality, and Sustainability teams to develop sourcing strategy across categories.
• Identify defects and develop scalable processes/tech solutions to address and accelerate Private Label business.
• Drive continual improvement and innovation in supplier identification process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity.
• Build, manage, and develop a team of high performers.
