Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a Supplier Manager to oversee relationships with key suppliers globally, aligning with category strategy. The role focuses on performance, cost optimization, risk management, and ESG compliance across diverse supply chains.

You will collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Sustaining, and Quality teams to drive supplier development, lead negotiations, and ensure contracts are in place. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in supplier performance, negotiations, contracts, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set performance objectives for assigned suppliers and ensure delivery through supplier development plans.
• Define baseline and improvement targets with scorecards and management reviews.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and ensure ESG compliance and GHG reporting.
