Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of supplier management, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in supplier performance, negotiations, contracts, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set performance objectives for assigned suppliers and ensure delivery through supplier development plans.
• Define baseline and improvement targets; monitor progress with supplier scorecards.
• Lead periodic management reviews using scorecards and strategic insights.
• Identify project teams for supplier development across Operations, Manufacturing, Sustaining, and Quality.
• Align supplier capacity with demand; review internal demand and arbitrate priorities.
• Prepare and manage negotiations in line with business strategy.
• Ensure contracts exist and value is extracted from suppliers.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and quarterly updates (financial, operational, ESG).
• Engage suppliers to meet Schlumberger sustainability requirements and ESG inquiries.
• Communicate strategy and events to category, sourcing, and supply chain teams.
• Report deviations to plan and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste; may manage Supplier Leaders or Specialists.
