Job summary

SLB is seeking a Sourcing Lead in Texas to manage sourcing activities for electronics parts and related components across SLB centers. The role leads a team of Sourcing Specialists, develops action plans, and ensures alignment with global category strategies and corporate sourcing plans.

You will negotiate with suppliers, drive RFx processes, and coordinate contracting with the Supply Chain team. This role requires strong analytics, strategic procurement skills, and English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• English language proficiency.
• Familiar with Ariba and SAP procurement systems.
• Strong data analytics, negotiations, MRP, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing plans to reduce cost, secure supply and minimize disruptions.
• Lead RFx processes and supplier evaluations with stakeholders.
• Negotiate prices and terms to meet quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Coordinate contracting with Supply Chain and other function teams.
• Engage with GeoUnit, Division and Central teams to implement sourcing plans.
• Monitor projects to ensure on-time completion and full implementation.
