Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Team Lead, Supplier Development to manage the Supplier Development Engineering team, set priorities, and partner with Strategic Sourcing and QC groups. You will drive supplier onboarding, improve existing suppliers, and ensure training on Rockwell requirements.

The role involves global interactions, performance management, and data-driven quality assurance with high emphasis on Lean Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead development projects at strategic suppliers to improve quality, cost, and technology.
• Manage a team of suppliers and Rockwell employees with clear goals and performance reviews.
• Provide training on Rockwell requirements and lead communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee supplier audits and quality assurance planning, ensuring alignment with QMS and regulations.
• Collaborate with SQEs, Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, and Product Quality throughout the supplier development lifecycle.
