Job summary

Columbia Helicopters, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Development & Supply Chain Performance Manager to enhance supplier performance and strengthen worldwide supply chain reliability for both operations and MRO activities.

You will liaise with Procurement, MRO Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Flight Operations to drive supplier improvement initiatives, strategic sourcing, and risk mitigation for critical components supporting fleet readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Aviation Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier development, or supplier quality management.
Experience developing and managing supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and corrective action programs.

Responsibilities

Own the performance management process for strategic and critical suppliers.
Establish supplier scorecards measuring on-time delivery, lead-time adherence, quality, responsiveness, cost competitiveness, and AOG support.
Monitor supplier KPIs and drive corrective actions where performance falls short.
Lead supplier business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Develop supplier risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Lead recovery plans for AOG and fleet-critical shortages by securing scarce components.
