Responsibilities

• Manage assigned North American suppliers and monitor performance.
• Hold suppliers to contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Resolve crises and implement recovery plans.
• Conduct supplier risk analysis and mitigation actions.
• Communicate with Pilatus supply chain stakeholders.
• Travel on short notice for supplier visits.
• Collaborate with internal departments and lead cross-divisional projects.
• Liaise procurement activities in European and North American offices.
