Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Manager, Success Enablement to lead the global Success Enablement function across the Digital Infrastructure transformation. This role oversees change management, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and measurement, reporting to the Director - Global Customer Engagement, in a hybrid work setting from a Rockwell office location.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for a global Success Enablement team. This team is responsible for change management, communications, training, readiness, adoption, reinforcement, change networks, persona governance, and measurement.
Be the primary owner of the Success Enablement operating model, portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and execution strategy.
Work with executive leadership, business process leaders, product owners, program leadership, and regional stakeholders to drive adoption, realize business outcomes, and ensure sustainable organizational change.
