Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Senior Manager, Success Enablement to lead global SE across the Digital Infrastructure transformation. You will drive adoption, readiness, and reinforcement across releases and work with executive stakeholders to achieve outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

You will own the SE operating model, portfolio prioritization, and resource planning, coordinating with process owners, program leadership, and regional teams to sustain organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivelant Years of Relevant Work Experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• 8+ years of management experience. Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale organizational change management and driving user adoption across complex global digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a global Success Enablement team. This team is responsible for change management, communications, training, readiness, adoption, reinforcement, change networks, persona governance, and measurement.
• Be the primary owner of the Success Enablement operating model, portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and execution strategy.
• Work with executive leadership, business process leaders, product owners, program leadership, and regional stakeholders to drive adoption and sustainable organizational change.
