Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Manager, Success Enablement to lead global enablement for the Digital Infrastructure transformation. You will drive change management, communications, training, readiness, adoption and measurement across the DI portfolio, including Demand to Renew, reporting to the Director - Global Customer Engagement in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of management experience, and a proven track record leading large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
• 8+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a global Success Enablement team responsible for change management, training, readiness, adoption, and measurement.
• Own the Success Enablement operating model, portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and execution strategy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product owners, program leadership, and regional stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
