Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX seeks a Subcontract Program Management Manager to lead a team overseeing subcontractor performance, compliance, cost, quality, schedule, and technical aspects, and to develop strategic sourcing plans. This role requires U.S.

citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance. The position offers high visibility with global impact, managing full lifecycle from RFP to closeout, and leading cross-functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic group of subcontract managers and procurement representatives to drive strategic initiatives across the global supply chain.
• Oversee subcontractor efforts across all contract types, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
• Direct and manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans, addressing risk and program capture needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel to ensure successful subcontract execution and on-time delivery.
• Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through RFP, negotiation, execution, and contract closeout.
