Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge in contract law, subcontract pricing, pre-award negotiation, drafting and administration.
• Experience with large-scale projects and ability to lead negotiations and finalize subcontract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of bid request packages and developing project contracts procedures.
• Monitor subcontract performance and provide status reports to project teams.
• Assist with negotiations in small-value contracts and develop subcontracts and services agreements.
• Coordinate meetings (pre-bid, bid clarification, pre-award) to ensure mutual understanding.
