Bechtel's Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) Business Unit is designing, building and commissioning a semiconductor fab in Clay, NY. The Lead Night Shift Superintendent provides leadership, planning, and oversight of night-shift construction, coordinating subcontractors, craft professionals, and field teams to ensure safe, efficient execution in line with drawings, schedules, and budgets.

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 10–13 years of experience.
• Alternate path: 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading night-shift construction teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and supervision for night-shift Superintendents and teams.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, schedules, and safety performance.
• Direct night-shift activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Lead shift turnover, document work, scope, and constraints.
• Resolve field issues and elevate risks when needed.
• Champion Bechtel's safety and quality standards on night shift.
