Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering systems and design, including CFD analysis, HAR studies and energy-efficiency calculations for data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, selects, and applies standard mechanical engineering methods for small projects or assignments.
• Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates mechanical components and processes using Bechtel standards and BSAPs.
• Prepares conceptual studies, designs, reports or proposals.
• Coordinates mechanical engineering efforts with specialty groups, clients, and contractors.
• Mentors junior mechanical team members and provides technical assistance to project staff.
