Job summary

Colorado School of Mines is seeking a Foundational Program Success Coordinator to oversee student engagement, program operations, and transition support for company-sponsored Saudi Arabian students in the Foundational Year Success Program. This contract-funded role runs through December 2028 and may extend based on performance.

The coordinator will manage scheduling, logistics, and materials; onboard scholars; and serve as a liaison among students, Maaden, Mines faculty, and staff while tracking

Qualifications

• Education & experience requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Education, Communication, Student Life, Project Management, or related field (or 5+ years equivalent).
• International student engagement experience preferred.
• Administrative & systems proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning Communities Programming & Student Engagement (70%) and oversee program operations/knowledge management.
• Design onboarding and monthly sessions to foster early community connections for scholars.
• Maintain regular communication with cohorts, Mines Admissions, and stakeholders; monitor participation and prepare reports.
• Oversee fiscal and data management including budgets, expenses, and data analytics for impact reports.
