Job summary

Dartmouth College is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of faculty-directed programs, serving as the main point of contact for students, faculty, and partner institutions throughout each program life cycle. The role blends student services, logistics, and partnership management to ensure safe, enriching, and academically rigorous experiences.

You will coordinate itineraries, monitor budgets, and support faculty and partners across international and domestic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Education, Higher Education Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing studyaway, international exchange, or similar high-visibility student-service programs.
• Proven track record coordinating faculty and external partners across cultural and institutional boundaries.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse student populations, faculty, and international partners.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation and writing skills; strong managerial, organizational, and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student records and monitor enrollment in the Terra Dotta system.
• Design and deliver orientation sessions (in-person and virtual) covering cultural preparation and safety protocols.
• Develop and execute detailed program itineraries with faculty directors and partners.
• Monitor program budgets and coordinate with operations to approve expenditures.
