Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years working with international students or marginalized populations.
• US citizenship and/or permanent residency to work in SEVIS.
• Experience supervising student workers or staff.
• Proven event planning and end-to-end activities management.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to handle confidential data.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student workers and international peers; support staff teams.
• Develop and manage cultural and social programs for international and domestic students.
• Lead International Student Orientation and International Fest efforts.
• Collaborate with student orgs, departments, and offices to foster global citizenship.
• Assess and adapt programs based on student needs; advise on housing, transportation, taxes, and more.
• Support SEVP compliance and data/document management; participate in committees.
• Maintain ISL website and social media; assist with grant reporting and reimbursements.
