Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time professional experience in a similar environment.

• Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate programming for students of color.
• Assist in planning community-building activities.
• Supervise cultural house managers and oversee OIL events.
