EF Education First Ltd. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for Summer 2027 in New York. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality experience for international students, from welcoming arrivals to handling welfare, evaluations, and records.

You will coordinate with Course Leaders and staff to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and support campus events. Housing is provided and required for the role; applicants must be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally with young people.
• Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Solid organizational and communication skills.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older.

Responsabilités

• Welcome students to the EF school and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
• Answer student queries and helping with student welfare issues
• Manage student and sales office cases, addressing student and parent concerns
• Facilitate weekly student evaluations
• Manage relevant records for students, such as insurance or medical records
• Approve and record temporary student check-outs
• Administrative support using the EF systems.
• Respond to any problems and emergency situations should they arise.
• Liaise with Course Leaders to enhance the overall student experience.
• Work with the management team to increase staff satisfaction.
