EF Education First Ltd. in Thornwood, NY is seeking a Campus Manager for Summer 2027 to oversee daily campus operations, staff coaching, student logistics, and safety.

You will manage Activity Leaders, ESL teachers, and other staff, coordinate transportation, events, and payroll, and serve as liaison with the Regional Operations Manager. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a passion for delivering high-quality student experiences.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Administrative experience.
• Excels under pressure.
• Strong communicator.
• Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight.
• Decisive— able to act fast and make informed decisions.
• Passionate about customer service and quality.
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S or have a work permit.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Managing, coaching, and evaluating program staff including Activity Leaders and ESL teachers.
• Ensuring campus setup prior to arrivals (branding, stock, etc.).
• Managing staff hours, payroll, and weekly meetings.
• Handling student discipline and behavior concerns.
• Being available for nights, weekends and emergencies.
• Liaising with international sales teams to meet and exceed student expectations.
• Ensuring all paperwork and local regulations are adhered to.
• Managing student arrivals, departures and events like orientations and graduation ceremonies.
