Job summary

In this role, you will shape operating models, oversee AI-enabled initiatives, and establish rhythms that align priorities across the business, ensuring delivery at scale in a fast-paced, global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to redesign operating models in technology/SaaS.
• Strong analytical, financial acumen and storytelling.
• Ability to influence senior executives and partner across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a key workstream within enterprise transformation, including AI-enabled workflow changes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders through change initiatives, from design to adoption.
• Assess organizational health and refine structures to improve accountability and decision-making.
• Structure ambiguous issues and develop data-driven recommendations for executives.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking in fast-moving settings.
